East Bound

 

Take the Northern State Parkway east toward Hauppauge. Northern Pky E becomes RT-454/RT-347. Continue onto RT-347 (slight left). Make a U-turn at Southern Blvd. 732 Smithtown Bypass will be on your right.

 

 

West Bound

 

Take the LIE (I-495) West to exit #62 (CR-97/Nicolls Road/Stony Brook/Blue Point). Take CR-97/Nicolls Rd North toward Stony Brook. Exit at RT-25W toward Smithtown. Make a left onto RT-25/Middle Country Road. Turn left onto RT-347 W/Nesconset HWY. 732 Smithtown Bypass will be on your right.
